Technical Properties


	Exterior surface is stainless.
	Easy to clean and hygienic.
	Can grate 2.5 Kg couverture chocolate over 15-20 min. No residue left.
	No residue left therefore no chocolate would be wasted.
	Could grate refrigerated or normal temperature couverture chocolate by setting precision for required thinness or thickness.
	Couverture chocolate is easy to be placed and stabilized with the vise.
	Grater blades are able to be changed by the user. 8 corners of blade are usable.
	Vise won't heat or melt the couverture chocolate during grating.
	When couverture chocolate fully grated, the machine will stop automatically.
	The machine could be produced on demand as 220 Volt or 380 Volt.
