Traditional Semolina Doughnuts Fryer systems are not able to stabilize the oil temperature at required level. Thus, during frying Semolina Doughnuts, frying oil may burn because of the unstable temperature.
Sincap Semolina Doughnuts Fryer can stabilize the oil temperature at required level and frying oil can be used over and over again to fry Semolina Doughnuts. This product provides convenience for producer staff. Beside of minimizing Semolina Doughnuts production, this product also enables the producer to produce good quality Semolina Doughnuts.

This new product provides mass and fast production and also saves time, men power, fuel and frying oil. With this new product, it's possible to stabilize oil temperature, fry Semolina Doughnuts over and over with same frying oil and no need to stir frying Semolina Doughnuts. Semolina Doughnuts Fryer is made completely out of AISI-304, 18/10 Cr-Ni stainless steel, sanitary and provides convenience for cleaning.
With Semolina Doughnuts Fryer it's possible to fry efficiently for 8 hours between 120 Kg to 800 Kg. (differs according to oil capacity and model). Frying System and Instructions
Semolina Doughnuts Fryer is composed of 3 parts. 1. Baking. 2. Frying. 3. Giving Sharbat Semolina Doughnuts are poured into baking cauldron. When Semolina Doughnuts are baked in cauldron they are moved into frying cauldron and oil balancer is poured over. When they are fried for frying duration, Semolina Doughnuts are moved into Sharbat cauldron.
