Tulumba Recipe

Material.
1.5 lt water,
40-50 gr. Margarine,
Half a teaspoon lemon salt,
1kg. Flour (pastry, pastry flour),
40-50 gr. Starch,
11 eggs.

NOTE: This recipe is 1 kg. According to Una. We will use more pumps to make dough, according to the quantity of flour according to the material list.

Tulumba Sorbeti Material
1 kg. Granulated sugar.
0,5 lt water
Half a teaspoon of lemon salt.

Tulumba Dough Preparation
Put a saucepan over the oven. Add water, margarine and half a teaspoon lemon salt to the pot and wait until the water boils. Mix with a wooden spoon. The dough is baked thoroughly with stirring.
